By registering and using the Mahrivo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Mahrivo, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and truthful information
Have a single active account (multiple accounts prohibited)
Use the platform for lawful and personal purposes

3. Code of Conduct

Users are required to:

Treat other users with respect
Refrain from sending offensive, racist, or obscene content
Avoid harassing, threatening, or stalking others
Use real information in profile (fake photos prohibited)
Not use Mahrivo for commercial purposes without permission
Avoid sharing contact information in early stages

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

Explicit sexual content or content involving minors
Advertisements, spam, or promotional links
Others' personal information without consent
Content promoting violence, hate, or terrorism
Malware, phishing links, or fraud

5. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. If you notice unauthorized access, contact support immediately. Mahrivo reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All Mahrivo platform content including design, code, logos, and brands belongs to Mahrivo. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially use this content without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mahrivo does not guarantee finding a partner or relationship. We are not responsible for user actions, problems in formed relationships, or damages from user interactions.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Some Mahrivo features require purchasing coins or premium subscription. Payments are non-refundable unless the service was not delivered. Prices may change with prior notice.

9. Termination and Suspension

Mahrivo reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules. Users can delete their account at any time from settings.
